About the Role:
We are looking for a technically sound and motivated Sr. Field Service Engineer to join our client’s team in the sheet metal machinery domain The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for CNC bending and folding machines. This role offers exposure to advanced industrial machinery and global collaboration with international service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site support for CNC bending and folding machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Coordinate with international service teams for technical assistance and issue resolution
- Manage and close service tickets efficiently to minimise equipment downtime
- Support installation, testing, and maintenance of machines at customer sites
Desired Skills:
- Experience in servicing industrial machinery (preferably in the sheet metal industry)
- Good knowledge of servo drives, VFD systems, AutoCAD Electrical, and pneumatic controls
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.E. – Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics
- Experience: Prior experience in software development preferred
- Work Mode: On-site (Walshind, Bhiwandi)
