Manish Bhargava
Director
Heading the company as founder and director is Mr. Manish Bhargava, who takes it upon himself to provide overall strategic direction, infuse high performance standards, and spearhead the operational success of GMMSPL.
He has done his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and has over 20 years of experience in technology sales and consulting services. He has a strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans, leading high performance teams, and upscaling company profitability.
Girish Kulkarni
Director
Bringing to the forefront a 25-year experience spanning the OEM and SME segments, Girish Kulkarni has held key positions across different industry verticals, right from Automotive and Industrial Machinery to Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and heavy engineering. A qualified engineer, he has an in-depth understanding of manufacturing and has worked with numerous customers in the past to setup and implement digital design and manufacturing initiatives.
Akshay Rathod
Partner – Software Business Unit
A Mechanical Engineer from Pune University, Akshay combines strong technical know-how with sharp commercial insight. Starting as a Creo trainer and Application Engineer, he took on the techno-commercial role at GMMSPL and steadily built a high-performing software division. He has been instrumental in growing a dedicated team from the ground up and driving strong customer success through solution-driven engagement. His leadership and commitment to delivering value earned him a partner role in GMMSPL’s journey.
Kamlesh Joshi
Manager – Technical
A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Kamlesh began his journey with GMMSPL in 2018 as an Application Support Engineer. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated deep technical strength and a strong work ethic, steadily growing into the role of Manager – Technical. Kamlesh is known for his curiosity and hunger to learn, often going beyond his responsibilities to master new tools and domains. His ability to adapt and his commitment to excellence have made him a dependable pillar of the technical team. He continues to play a key role in strengthening delivery and mentoring the next generation of engineers at GMMSPL.
