Driven by the leadership of Founder-Director Girish Kulkarni and anchored by the encouraging support of his partner and Director Manish Bhargava, GMMSPL expanded in all directions at an exponential speed. Having done his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur University, he has over 40 years of experience in different leadership positions across industry segments like project management, construction procurement and testing, commissioning of grassroot refinery projects, gas processing, petrochemicals, and so on.

Manish Bhargava
Director

Heading the company as founder and director is Mr. Manish Bhargava, who takes it upon himself to provide overall strategic direction, infuse high performance standards, and spearhead the operational success of GMMSPL.
He has done his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and has over 20 years of experience in technology sales and consulting services. He has a strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans, leading high performance teams, and upscaling company profitability.

Girish Kulkarni
Director

Bringing to the forefront a 25-year experience spanning the OEM and SME segments, Girish Kulkarni has held key positions across different industry verticals, right from Automotive and Industrial Machinery to Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and heavy engineering. A qualified engineer, he has an in-depth understanding of manufacturing and has worked with numerous customers in the past to setup and implement digital design and manufacturing initiatives.
